ABOUT RAVINDER KANDHOL

Electronics hardware engineer with experience in EV systems and next-gen wearable product design. I recently completed my B.Tech in Electronics & Communication and am currently pursuing my M.Tech to advance my expertise in embedded systems and hardware design.I am working at Temple Pvt. Ltd. on next-generation wearable devices, focusing on hardware architecture, multilayer PCB design, power optimization, signal integrity, and system validation. My technical strengths include high-speed PCB design, EMI/EMC considerations, analog/digital circuit design, and working with protocols such as CAN, RS485, I²C, SPI, BLE, and NFC.Previously, I contributed to R&D roles at Revolt Intellicorp, Okaya EV, and JSG Innotech, working on EV telematics, immobilizers, instrument clusters, sound simulators, and reverse engineering. I’m proficient with Altium, debugging tools, and hardware bring-up workflows, backed by certifications in PCB Design and IPC J-STD-001.I’m focused on building reliable, high-performance electronic systems and continuously exploring advancements in wearables, EVs, IoT, and embedded technology.
