My work centers around partnering with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into actionable analytics, leveraging tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, Celonis, and Alteryx.Prior to Novartis, I worked as a Controller at JPMorgan Chase, managing legal entity structure, regulatory reporting, product control, and governance for the Corporate & Investment Bank. I also collaborated with the Legal Entity Booking Model team to improve data accuracy and played a key role in designing a new strategic platform to streamline booking model documentation.Before JPMorgan, I spent 2 years at EY as a Portfolio & Program Management Consultant, supporting global transformation initiatives across functions and regions.With nearly 6 years of experience across Global Finance, Analytics, Project Management, and Business Management, I bring strong capabilities in data analysis, stakeholder management, process optimization, and problem-solving.I hold an MBA in Finance from MANIT and a BCom hons from Delhi University-Shaheed Bhagat Singh College.I’m also passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, and have facilitated sessions on allyship for the LGBTQ+ community—advocating for workplaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered.My goal is to use data, technology, and collaboration to drive meaningful business outcomes and create value for the organizations and teams I’m part of.

I design and deliver scalable dashboard solutions using Power BI, giving global teams real-time visibility into KPIs, financial performance, compliance metrics, and process trends. By providing clear, actionable insights, I help drive smarter decision-making and operational efficiency across regions.I leverage Celonis process mining to perform deep risk analytics, uncover anomalies, control gaps, and process deviations that influence accuracy, compliance, and assurance outcomes. These insights support proactive remediation and stronger end-to-end governance. Using Alteryx, I build automated workflows that streamline data preparation, reconciliation, and reporting—reducing manual work and improving speed, quality, and consistency.I support the deployment of Finance Core KPIs, embedding them into global analytics frameworks and dashboards used across time zones.
