   As a Full Stack Developer, I led the development of a robust, web-based Disaster Responsive System for the Florida State Government, designed to provide immediate support to citizens affected by natural disasters such as hurricanes and tornadoes. This application streamlines emergency response by enabling individuals in crisis to request assistance with a single action, triggering real-time alerts to nearby registered volunteers and designated state officials.Built with Angular 18 and Node.js, the system features dynamic, role-based dashboards tailored to citizens, volunteers, and government personnel. I utilized Angular’s reactive framework (RxJS and NgRx) to manage complex state transitions and ensure smooth, real-time data flows across the application. I also developed reusable components and integrated client-side routing to enhance user experience and maintainability.On the backend, I implemented secure, scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js and.NET. Data storage and access were managed via SQL Server and ADO.NET, ensuring consistent and efficient retrieval of user and response data. I employed AJAX and JSON to facilitate seamless asynchronous communication between client and server components.Within an Agile (Scrum) environment, I worked closely with cross-functional teams to meet critical deadlines and compliance standards. To maintain code quality and reduce bugs, I wrote and executed unit tests using Jest. Version control was handled via Git, ensuring collaborative development and code integrity throughout the project lifecycle. I also emphasized responsive design principles using HTML5, CSS3, and Visual Studio Code, ensuring accessibility and usability across devices.This modern, scalable solution has significantly improved the disaster response process for the Florida State Government, providing a reliable and rapid communication channel between citizens in need and the resources that can help them.
