I lead Administration for John Deere India Branch, in 23 facilities across India, including head office, area office and training centers. Responsible for budgeting, facility projects, vendor management, compliance, employee engagement, repair & maintenance, AMCs for AC, UPS, security access control and housekeeping services.Previously, I was the HR Business Partner with John Deere India Technology Center looking after the employee lifecycle within Deere. In this role I partner and advise business teams on hiring, training, performance management, employee experience, and more. In my earlier role, I was with the HR Shared Services team and was responsible for the following processes: Staffing- Internal Job Postings, Employee Referrals, vendor management, data and metrics, AFC & offers, Tool used- SuccessFactors Recruiting module; Employee Wellness - Lead the India Wellness program for all India Units; Employee Discounts; Employee Experience Survey admin, Global Performance Management admin and supported the Talent Development team in end to end execution of the training calendar across India. My first assignment with John Deere was with the Staffing team where I have handled recruitment for various business units in India. This includes Ag & Turf and Financial businesses along with supporting the University hiring strategy for India.
