As a seasoned leader within Oracle, I spearheaded the development and support efforts for Oracle Advertisement Analytics products in India. My role entailed building and establishing a high-performing software development team in India, resulting in a substantial expansion from a team of 3 software developers to a robust team of 29 software developers and software engineering managers.I assumed ownership of multiple development areas, including critical systems integral to our product suite. Presently, my teams are entrusted with overseeing services responsible for detecting and aggregating user interactions, impressions, and invalid traffic on digital advertisements across various platforms, including customer websites, Mobile Apps, Connected TVs and OTT devices, as part of the Moat Analytics product offering by Oracle. Moat Analytics is an industry leading product which provides real-time, cross-platform and actionable analytics on the performance of digital advertisements to brands, publishers and agencies. Moat Pro provides digital marketing intelligence and tools for brands, publishers and agencies through which users can view hundreds of thousands of mobile, desktop & video creatives just at their fingertips.
