Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements. Prepared the process doument for Incident management case by case and tasks to work without any process deviation. Impove the quality of the delivery in Incident, task without SAL breach. Regular discussion on the new requirement with stakeholder to understand to fill the GAP. Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments Support the product owner and provide education where needed Manage process and expectations of demands (enhancements / new services) for small to large scale digital projects.
