I am an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist with over 14 years of expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting IAM solutions, particularly using Saviynt, SailPoint IIQ, SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN), and Oracle Identity Manager (OIM). My career has been marked by successful engagements in consulting, development, and integration of IAM solutions across a wide range of industries. I specialize in providing end-to-end IAM solutions—from gathering requirements and onboarding applications to configuration, deployment, and post-production support. I have extensive hands-on experience with: Saviynt : Connector configuration, custom rule and workflow development, system integrations. Oracle Identity Manager: LDAP integration, reconciliation, and provisioning. Active Directory, LDAP, and MySQL connectors and integration with SailPoint IDN. Building robust access governance processes with policy and role configurations. In addition, I am skilled in managing large-scale IAM projects, ensuring zero-defect deliverables, and maintaining effective communication between stakeholders and clients. My expertise also includes pre/post User Access Recertification (UAR), developing custom reports, certifications, and lifecycle management (LCM) processes.
