I work with leaders and organizations navigating complexity—Operational, Organizational, and personal. After 35+ years leading global teams at Maersk, Genpact, and Asian Paints across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance Operations, I have learned one consistent truth: Sustainable transformation requires both Process discipline and People evolution; you cannot fix one without the other. Today, I work at this intersection as an ICF ACC Executive & Leadership Coach and Transformation Consultant. I believe real change starts with the leader. As a Coach, I partner with senior executives on leadership transitions, decision-making under pressure, and navigating ambiguity. My practice is grounded in ICF core competencies and deep respect for each leader\'s context. I hold an ICF ACC credential and am actively progressing toward PCC. To further bridge the gap between business and behavioral science, I am currently pursuing a Master\'s in Psychology, focusing on the cognitive and behavioral dimensions of leadership.
