ABOUT RAVIKUMAR RAGHU JIVANI

As interface engineer at Malaffi, I am working with M42 group hospitals to maintain and support their on premise and RAAS cloud rhapsody operations and Cerner at applications ends. As a Senior Consultant at Oracle, I have been working for 1.5+ years to interface with clients and design solutions for healthcare systems. I use my skills in Python, HL7, CCDA, Salesforce, SharePoint, Jira, and Iris to perform project management, knowledge sharing, file sharing, and project plans for my clients and teams. I have a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Computer Science from Manipal University Jaipur and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology from Visvesvaraya Technological University.Before joining Oracle, I was an Interface Architect at Cerner Corporation for 1.5+ years, where I developed and implemented interfaces for healthcare applications using HL7 and CCDA standards. I also have 3+ years of experience as an MS System Analyst at Allscripts, where I analyzed and supported healthcare software products using Python and other tools. I have certifications in Customer Service, Communicating with Confidence, and Effective Listening from LinkedIn, which help me to communicate effectively with my clients and stakeholders.I am passionate about healthcare services and systems, and I strive to deliver solutions that meet the needs and expectations of my clients and stakeholders. I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices, and to share my knowledge and experience with others. I enjoy working with diverse and collaborative teams, and I am always ready to take on new challenges and opportunities.
