As the Head of Human Resources at Electronics Mart India Limited (EMIL), the largest electronics retailer in India, I am responsible for aligning the HR strategy and objectives with the business goals and values of the company. I lead a team of over 5500 professionals across 140 stores, and oversee the end-to-end HR processes, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance.With over 16 years of experience in the HR field, I have developed a strong expertise in employee benefits and payroll management, especially for the US market. I have also successfully implemented innovative and path-breaking HR initiatives, such as reward and recognition schemes, wellness programs, and process excellence. I have worked with diverse and dynamic organizations across the retail, IT, and finance sectors, and have demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal, mentoring, negotiation, and leadership skills. My mission is to create a positive and productive work environment that fosters employee satisfaction, retention, and growth.
