As part of this project, T- Mobile internal and global customer care call data ingested from Splunk system to Azure Data Lake for business analytics.• Design and Build modern Data solution using Azure services such as Azure data lake, Azure Data Bricks, Snowflake, Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL DW, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps.• Applied business analytics models on Care call data to derive strength and opportunity levels of various metrics (like Activations, Deactivations and Customer resolution time) of Customer Care experts.• Created an ADF Link Service to connect to Splunk System• Created an ADF Call Log Import job to import data to Azure Data Lake storage.• Created Python Databricks notebooks (Called by ADF Processing Job) to parse the call logs, apply transformation rules and load into individual Azure Databricks Delta tables as defined in model.• Responsible for estimating the cluster size, monitoring and troubleshooting of the Spark databricks cluster.• Experienced in performance tuning of Spark Applications for setting right Batch Interval time, correct level of Parallelism and memory tuning.• Created Snowflake stored procs to load the data from stage to target tables by applying the transformation and incremental logic.
