As an IT Business Analyst with a decade of experience in software development across the financial, banking, and retail payment systems industries, I have a proven track record of success in launching innovative digital solutions. Most notably, I recently led the successful launch of the Digital Virtual Assistant Artificial Intelligent Chatbot (AI Chat) for the Bank of Montreal Mobile App in Canada, which has since been adopted by a large number of customers. I also led the development of the Digital Mobile Banking App for a FinTech in Canada, which was later acquired by National Bank.At Scotiabank, I was recognized for my contributions to the team that deployed EMV Chip card technology in Caribbean countries, which resulted in improved security for customers and reduced fraud.I have a 3-year diploma in Business Information systems, which provided me with a strong foundation in technical skills and business analysis.
