I am a known case of Non Hodgkin\'s lymphoma. This is a form of blood cancer. I am a survivor.With more than 18 years of experience in multiple verticals with different organizations, I am currently working with RWS Group as Senior Project Manager. I am adept in Team building and Project management. I am an effective communicator having the ability to relate to and communicate with all levels of business and management. I excel in Process Improvements, Work flow improvement, building good relationships with the clients and teams, Training, and Mentoring. In my current organization I have worked on setting up multiple teams for different accounts to handle business as a PMO unit and also transition and relocate accounts, create and train resources. Currently I am working on Process Improvements, Documentation, Innovations, and Trainings for one of the biggest accounts with RWS. I also take care of some of the audits related to financial aspects of the business.I also take care of the Global PMO On-boarding Training program. This includes, creating the training calendar for the year, conforming the availability of the SMEs/Trainers, setting up monthly sessions, and coordinating with the leadership team to make the program a success.
