This has helped to reduce dock to stock time, optimize costs, improve scheduling accuracy, planning and resource utilization- Re-design Goods Inwarding workflow to enforce separation of concerns across services, reduce latency and handle service failures- Fine tune the applications (thread management, memory management, SQL queries) to optimize server resources (web and database). This exercise reduced costs by ~50 percent while improving the response times- Set up alerting and monitoring mechanisms to ensure SLAs in various critical flows are met.
