I collaborate closely with engineering, DSV (Design & Simulation/Verification), and senior stakeholders, including the Senior Director of Engineering, to enable smooth and predictable Vivado releases.Key Responsibilities & Contributions:Release Planning Support – Participate in planning cycles with the device model team, identifying cross-functional dependencies and escalating contradictions or blockers to leadership for resolution.Cross-Functional Alignment – Collaborate with hardware, software, and DSV groups to synchronize schedules and keep deliverables on track.Risk & Issue Management – Maintain and track RAID logs, ensuring risks, issues, and dependencies are visible to leadership and proactively managed.Executive Reporting – Prepare clear updates, dashboards, and program status decks to support senior-level reviews and decisions.Process Discipline – Contribute to improving governance and workflows, helping distributed teams collaborate more effectively.
