About Ravi Bhadeshiya

I lead autonomy teams focused on building software that helps robots work reliably in the real world. Most of my work is involves: teleoperation/VLA, simulation, navigation, perception, and RL for humanoid robot that actually run outside the lab.Over the years, I’ve owned autonomy platforms end to end, from setting technical direction and growing teams to building data pipelines through teleoperation, developing simulation tools, and shipping mission-level autonomy on real hardware by providing complete Navigation + Manipulation capability. I enjoy working in the space where research meets production, and figuring out how to turn promising ideas into software that’s stable, maintainable, and useful.
