Ravi is a person who is highly driven by his core values of integrity, commitment, and passion to achieve anything that comes his way. He is someone who has excellent communication skills and thrives in challenging situations. Apart from the core business values, he is highly empathetic and sensitive to the emotions and needs of others. Ravi completed his Bachelors in Engineering after which he worked in EdgeVerve Systems, an Infosys subsidiary, for 3.5 years. He worked as an Engineer in the technical infrastructure domain of the flagship E-Banking product, Finacle for various national and international clients. Having gained a decent amount of experience, he then moved on to pursue an MBA from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. An MBA would be the perfect way to hone his managerial skills, help him move up the ladder, empower him with the correct skillsets, and give a holistic approach to facing the greater challenges in the corporate world. He is currently open to opportunities. His objective is to learn new things while dedicatedly playing a responsible role in an organization that would enhance his skill set and capabilities and challenges him to perform in a progressive and competitive environment. He is an avid reader with a voracious appetite to read fictional books. He also maintains a blog to explore his love for food and often cooks himself. After a busy day, he likes to unwind by jamming to his favorite tunes on his Guitar and watching quality documentaries.
