   I am currently working as a Site Reliability Engineering Professional (IAAS Platform) with IBM Software India Labs. I have 18+ Years of rich experience in IT Datacenter Domain. I am currently working on Bare Metal Servers across IBM Global Data Centres. Root Cause Analysis on all IBM Hardware Server Platforms Accountable for the operations and life-cycle-management of the servers and the subcomponents that support the Bare Metal offerings. Create Bare Metal analytics and trending failure rates for servers and components. Drive identification of the top issues impacting customers and server reliability. Drive root cause analysis and corrective action for top identified issues. Improve diagnosability and MTTR to reduce overall resolution time. Partner with other teams, functional managers and program managers to deliver mission-critical offerings to the market. Support development of new platforms and enhance existing capabilities for our bare metal and VSI infrastructure. Provide L3 & L4 technical escalation support for other Compute Operations teams. Responsible for taking large projects from start to finish & ability to work with customers, vendors, other departments. Resolve complex customer storage and hardware issues. I enjoy vastly to improve our customer experience and reduce overall failure rates by deep analysis of various components on IBM Cloud. Apart from my daily task I enjoy working on Capacity Management, Capacity Planning and Inventory Management across IBM Global Datacenters. I have also got opportunity to work on Datacenter Truck day Activities and Ordering Process. Forecasting and cost reduction.
