Design, develop, manage and maintain control systems i.e, Distributed Control System (Emerson Delta V), Programmable Logic Controller. Testing DCS logic and execution of engineering documents based on the validation requirements and can design logic for Batch processing systems based on S88.01 protocol.Responsible for execution of production plan using pre-approved procedures, protocols and manufacturing records to comply cGMP and EHS norms. Responsible for taking and maintaining the DCS software back up and its recovery. Responsible for modification & optimization of DCS software. Responsible to identify and resolve software errors, System administrator for Delta V System.Physical Layer configuration and Recipe level configuration based on process requirements considering S88.01, GAMP5 standards. Actively participate in all Regulatory Inspections / Global Compliance / local FDA audits
