Working as a Hospitality Hero and Front-of-House team member at Pizza Pilgrims Edinburgh, where my role involves welcoming guests, managing service flow, delivering food and drinks, and making sure every guest has a fun and memorable experience. I also represent the branch in quarterly strategy meetings at the London HQ, where I work with operations and people teams to improve service, boost team engagement, and support wider business goals.Since launch, I’ve also been heavily involved in brand-building and local marketing — from handing out pizzas and flyers on the streets to hosting pre-opening events for influencers and local businesses. These efforts helped achieve a record-breaking £40K+ in opening week revenue, the highest of any Pizza Pilgrims branch.I also host Pizza Pilgrims’ Masterclass events alongside senior pizzaiolos, leading interactive sessions on Neapolitan pizza-making. This involves guiding guests through the dough-making process, sharing the Pizza Pilgrims story, and ensuring every session is engaging, on-brand, and memorable.
