Serving primarily as a senior consultant (Business Systems Analyst in Medicaid Digital Data Center) on a series of projects covering the Medicaid Encounter Data Analytics (MEDA), MDW, MEDA, MAPP, Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS) and Transformed Medicaid Statistical Information System (T-MSIS) spectrum. • Key accomplishments to date include- T-MSIS compliance with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for the years of 2020 through 2023. Contributions included business analysis, project management support and UAT coordination- Owning monthly portfolio reports development for DDSA and BDIR programs- Census data integration in MDW- Ongoing agile development for the HCBS program. • Provided project management and data analysis support, as necessary, for T-MSIS and MEDA programs. • Developed detailed process flow for managing data quality issues reported by CMS for T-MSIS data provided by New York State. • Set up Redmine issue tracking framework for MEDA UAT, comprehensive templates for MEDA meeting minutes, and Microsoft Teams channels for MEDA project artifacts. • Followed project management waterfall and agile methodologies and information technology systems delivery life cycle (SDLC) process in driving projects forward.
