As an experienced professional with over 15 years of experience in both not-for-profit and for-profit organizations, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the social sector. Currently serving as the CEO of Shrushti Seva Samiti, an NGO with special consultative status in UN ECOSOC, I have led the organization to achieve tremendous growth and success. Under my leadership, the organization has grown 20 times and expanded its employee base from 55 to 845. We have also expanded our reach from 6 districts of Rajasthan to 30 districts across Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat.My educational background includes a Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration and a MBA in Rural Management from FMS-Institute of Rural Management. My career journey started at Vaaghdara, a non-profit organization, where I worked with indigenous communities in South Rajasthan. I later worked at Pearson Education Services Pvt. Ltd. on a mid-level management position at the state level, followed by a managerial profile at Bharti Airtel Foundation.Currently, at Shrushti Seva Samiti, we are making a positive impact on the lives of over 1.2 million families through our various programs in education, health & and nutrition, livelihood, skill training, environment, infrastructure development, and water and sanitation.    I am the Chief Executive Officer of Shrushti Seva Samiti, responsible for leading the development and execution of our organization\'s long-term strategy, making all day-to-day management decisions, and ensuring the implementation of our organization\'s short-term and long-term plans. Additionally, I am the primary communicator on behalf of our organization to stakeholders, employees, government authorities, and the public.Under my leadership, our organization has achieved significant growth and success, expanding twenty times in size over the past seven years and securing Special Consultative Status at the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN-ECOSOC). We have positively impacted the lives of over 1.2 million families across Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat in over villages.As a leader, I prioritize team building and collaboration, leading a team of over 845+ energetic employees, including professionals, contractual employees, and consultants. I work closely with my team to ensure that they are motivated, engaged, and aligned with our organization\'s mission and values.In addition to leading our team, I am responsible for managing and coordinating our relationships with donor agencies and partners. We have successfully onboarded 20+ new partners/donors, building strong relationships through regular communication, sharing donor reports, facilitating field visits, and providing program impact reports.I am dedicated to developing healthy professional relationships with government bodies at the state and district levels and other partner organizations for productive outcomes. Regular follow-ups on various proposals regarding funding mobilization and assisting in brainstorming and creating new methods to raise funds are essential for our organization\'s continued success.As a leader, I am committed to driving our organization\'s vision forward, believing that through collaborative efforts, we can make a meaningful impact in our communities.
