Prepare and analyze Primary Sales Reports (Distributor / Dealer level sales data).Prepare and analyze Secondary Sales Reports (Retailer / Outlet level sales data).Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance dashboards for management.Track and report sales trends, targets vs achievement, and product-wise sales.Coordinate with the Sales & Distribution team to collect accurate sales data.Reconcile distributor stock and ensure alignment between primary dispatches and secondary sales.Identify gaps in sales coverage and provide insights to improve sales efficiency.Automate sales reports in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Advanced Formulas, Dashboards) for faster decision-making.Share timely reports with Sales Managers, Zonal Heads, and Top Management.Support forecasting, budgeting, and sales strategy formulation.
