In 2023, Dr. Ravi Shukla accepted the role of Clinical Lead of Operational Excellence at VSP Ventures, guiding doctors and practices deliver exceptional patient care through optimized workflows, technology integration, and data-driven insights. In this role, Dr. Shukla partners closely with field leaders, professional staff, and operational teams to strengthen clinical consistency, elevate exam quality, and enhance both patient and doctor experiences across the Ventures network.Dr. Shukla began his professional journey as an optometrist with a deep passion for clinical excellence and education. Throughout his career, he has trained and supported hundreds of doctors nationwide on EHR optimization, medical billing and coding, and best-practice workflow design, blending his love for technology with his commitment to advancing the profession.Before joining Ventures, Dr. Shukla served as the lead facilitator and OD trainer for Eyefinity EHR, an initiative that transformed more than 800 Visionworks locations nationwide to standardize systems and empower providers to practice with maximum efficiency. He continues to advocate for efficient, patient-centric care that merges clinical rigor with innovation.A 2015 graduate of the Illinois College of Optometry, Dr. Shukla also holds certifications in AI in Healthcare from the Stanford School of Medicine and Optometric Billing & Coding from PECAA.
