I am responsible for production planning, Daily progress report(DPR), Plan versus actual analysis, Using ERP and other tools.Responsible for Developing production plan.Preparing monthly,weekly,daily Production plan and circulation and monitoring for also preparing the RM Maintain the export orders\' tracking sheet and update it daily.Scheduling daily meeting and production meetings through VC,Which are part of daily review of the plant head, Production head, and all Plant departments Heads.Conduct weekly operations meetings to discuss weekly challenges and maintain MOM points as per the challenges.Maintain the weekly dispatch plan on a daily basis and the monthly closing dispatch plan as well.Assist in managing the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system and mitigating materials risks.Create a manning sheet (manpower requirements) for the current monthly planning based on the MSF provided by the sales team.Collaborate with cross functional teams including production procurement & logistics to ensure seamless coordination,execution of production schedules.
