My work primarily focuses on Teradata to BigQuery data migration, SQL-driven transformations, and pipeline orchestration using Apache Airflow (Cloud Composer).I have been actively involved in migrating ~700 enterprise tables and millions of records from Teradata to BigQuery, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems. My responsibilities include developing and enhancing complex SQL transformation logic, resolving data and query issues, validating migrated datasets, and supporting downstream reporting and analytics workloads.I work extensively with Apache Airflow DAGs, handling scheduling, dependencies, retries, backfills, and production monitoring to meet SLA-driven data delivery timelines. I also support BigQuery to Teradata writeback pipelines where required and perform end-to-end data reconciliation using control checks and validation logic.In addition, I follow structured CI/CD practices using Git and Jenkins to deploy SQL and DAG changes across environments in a controlled and reliable manner. My background in enterprise application and BSS production support has given me a strong reliability-first mindset, helping me troubleshoot issues efficiently and maintain stable production systems.I am interested in roles where I can continue working on data engineering, cloud data platforms, data migration, and pipeline reliability, while contributing to scalable and high-quality data solutions.
