   I\'m currently working as a Block Livelihood Coordinator at PRADAN, with MPSRLM, Reliance Foundation, BMGF at Raisen, Madhya Pradesh from April 2023.Under Project:Working with community for strengthening the value chain system, mapping of village potentials for filling the gap btw the market and farmers produce.Strengthening of FPOs through capacity building members of governing board and operational staff including CEO, Marketing Cadres as well as increasing no. of shareholders, farmers also providing with training of quality testing and mapping of the potential communities.Field trials customization of existing value chain intervention models and standardize practices for scale for both backward and forward linkages.Prospective development and capacity building of SRLM staff at block level, CRPs from the SRLM will have better understanding on value chain and enterprise based models and will have availability of resources/ tools for planning, implementation at scale with 2 Blocks.Prepare long term road map for value chain interventions of farm enterprises, off form and non form enterprises.Linkage of farm based produce i.e, Maize, Pigeon from the commodities and linked with centrally identified vendors and local vendors.Coordination with internal departments as well as Block level Governments partner viz MPSRLM to ensure successful completion of tasks.
