Providing strategic facilitation and coordination across 27 districts of Bihar under the Aspirational Districts and Blocks Programme of NITI Aayog, aligning local initiatives with state and national development priorities. Leading capacity building on financial inclusion, designing institutional training frameworks for government officials, ABP fellows, stakeholders, and Farmer-Producer Organizations (FPOs) to strengthen access to institutional finance. Designing and delivering specialized training for FPOs on financial management, credit readiness, and bank engagement, enabling access to working capital, term loans, and scheme-based financing. Directing end-to-end program implementation, including financial literacy campaigns, FI++ activities, and convergence initiatives, while addressing systemic gaps through process redesign, data analysis, and evidence-based planning. Fostering multi-stakeholder partnerships with banks, payment banks, TSPs, NABARD, NGOs/CSOs, CSR bodies, and government departments to scale inclusive finance and agri-finance models. Maintaining high-level liaison with senior State officials and IAS officers, securing administrative buy-in and ensuring alignment of project activities with state priorities. Representing the program in key forums (SLBC, DLIC, DLRC, BLBC), sharing field insights, and influencing state-level policy and decision-making. Promoting digital and innovative financial services by piloting and scaling technology-enabled models in underbanked geographies, including PVTG blocks. Mobilizing resources and stakeholder support for FI-related innovations through close engagement with FIs, PRIs, and district administrations. Providing strategic advisory inputs to the central team, documenting best practices and enabling replication of scalable models across states.
