12 year working experience in Production & Planning,Plant Operation & Overall Project handling Key area-(1-Light Pole, High mast, Octagonal, Polygonal Pole, Transmission Pole 3- Railway OHE Structures, PEB Structures),Currently i am working in Pinax group Durgapur location. Before this i worked in M/S Encorp Powertrans Pvt.Ltd Boisar Tarapur, skipper limited Kolkata. Main Responsibilities - I have very good knowledge how to maintain the cross team function and execute the work & customer handling 1- Supplier - For raw materials and Other BOP products should supply on time 2- Engineering Team with Quality - For any drawing related issue and new product development3- Sales and marketing team- for casting orders. and how to execute.4- Internal Production Team - Ensure production should be run properly and identify the bottlenecks and resolved.During my 11 years of work experience i worked in cross department (Production,Planning, & Quality,CRM department). just to know how organization run what kinds of challenge\'s can come and how to resolved. and i have successfully handle all the challenge\'s.
