Involved in Year End activities task like QBIC, SPARC datasets Archive processing in case of disaster recovery, Holiday Processing etc. My responsibility in this project is to resolve Incidents, Abends, and Defects for applications also find RCA for recurring issues and made a permanent fix for Jobs for daily monthly & yearly reporting. I have used JCL, CA-7, Abend Aid, File Aid to do so.
