I build trading technology that moves markets — and the global teams that build it with me.Over 23 years, I\'ve held Managing Director and Global Head roles at Barclays, Citigroup, Bear Stearns, and Liquidnet — architecting and delivering some of the world\'s most demanding low-latency, multi-asset electronic trading platforms. I bring full-stack accountability across technology strategy, platform architecture,$25MM+ budgets, and front-office P&L impact, leading teams of 350+ engineers across North America, EMEA, and APAC.My technical depth spans the entire execution stack: algorithmic trading engines, Smart Order Routing, market data distribution, exchange connectivity and monitoring/alerting solutions. I have led the strategic deployment of ultra-low latency infrastructure — including sub-100ns FPGA-based DMA solutions for top-tier quant hedge funds — as well as the ground-up build of the Delta-1 algo trading stack covering index arbitrage, ETF market making, liquidity provisioning, and auto-hedging. At Citi, I ran a platform processing 80% of daily equity volume across 40+ global markets and delivered an ML-powered predictive analytics platform to enhance execution quality.I\'m equally at home setting a 3-year technology roadmap with a CIO as I am getting into the weeds on a platform architecture review or a production performance issue. That combination of strategic leadership and genuine technical fluency is what I bring to every organisation I work with.Outside of trading infrastructure, I\'m passionate about talent development, engineering culture, and the intersection of AI and financial markets — particularly how machine learning and real-time analytics are reshaping execution quality and market microstructure.
