I have professional experience more than 11 years in The Quantity Surveyor and Documentation Expert will be responsible for checking Quantity,IPC,RFI,QPR,MPR,WPR etc. which conforms to the requirements of the specifications, Drawings, Plan Profile, Structure Drawings and other applicable contract documents. Responsible for testing of different material like Soil, Sand, Aggregate, Cement, Bitumen for items involved in Road works as per the MOST/MORTH. I also have vast experience in BOQ (World Bank Funded) as well as ADB (Asian Development Bank) and NDB ( National Bank Development) type of projects right from conceptual stage (i.e. Designing/Planning) to the actual construction up to top layer (Flexible & Rigid pavement).I am well versed with in knowledge of Design and Drawings of plan & profile and cross-sections and corrective measures to reduce the cost at the planning stage itself, before proceeding for execution. Believe in team work, Rate Analysis of various items; manage all cost analysis relating to the projects, Construction Program of quantities, Preparations of Contractor bills, Preparation of Bar chart, Cash flow, Strip chart, Preparing of Monthly Progress report, Relationship management.
