With over 31 years of experience in the construction engineering industry, I am currently the Assistant Vice President at Shapoorji Pallonji Engineering and Construction (SP E&C), one of the leading construction companies in India and abroad. I lead the corporate tendering functions for SP E&C.I also manage the personnel and performance management aspects of the tendering team ensuring the alignment of objectives, strategies, and standards with the organizational vision and mission. I have strong skills in personnel management, construction engineering, and performance management, and I am passionate about delivering quality, efficiency, and value to our clients and stakeholders.
