Organize, plan, and coordinate all assigned projects• Manage the flow of projects within the production floor• Responsible for production estimating and costing with solidworks for whole production process for projects and customers.• Working on custom projects by adding new features in our system as per customer requirements on based on market, outsourcing parts from foreign countries and locally, also verify them according to requirements i.e, welding, surface finish, paint, compatibility with our system etc. • Support production supervisor regarding production requirements for upcoming systems and train floor staff for new system production.• Act as liaison between customers, suppliers, and all departments within the organization.• Responsible for programming CNC machine as per new project\'s blueprints.• Part of continuous improvement team to keep implementing quality and production for new systems.
