ABOUT RAVI PANESAR
I consider myself a conscientious, professional, hard-working and honest individual who is passionate about providing high quality healthcare. Having qualified from the University of Birmingham School of Dentistry in 2006, I spent 13 years working as an Associate in several Dental Practices in different regions of the country as far afield as Leamington Spa and Surrey, developing my clinical and communication skills. I have completed several post-graduate courses included those run by Aspire Training, Dominic Hassall, and Paul Tipton and pride myself on being able to deliver high quality dentistry in an ethical and friendly manner, centred around the needs of the patient. In December 2019, I became a Partner at a Practice in the heart of Warwick. Having been instrumental in completing a major refurbishment, including the introduction of computerisation, in 2021 I decided to become a Practice Principal, launching Pan Dental. This enabled me to combine the knowledge gained from my years in Practice as an Associate and post-graduate training to deliver an experience and service in line with my own beliefs. Since going it alone, we have transformed the Practice offering by introducing several treatments that were previously not available including Dental Implants and Advanced Endodontics under Microscope. We seek to invest in equipment and facilities as well as our team to facilitate their career progression. I also have a keen interest in personal development and enjoy mentoring colleagues, providing encouragement and support wherever possible. Our aim is to provide an excellent patient experience and aid in the development of staff. As I continue my own clinical journey I would like to open our offering out to a wider patient base with a second project currently in development. Outside of work, I enjoy various sports. Though I had the opportunity to play squash, hockey, and cricket at School 1st IX level, I now mostly enjoy playing football and badminton - when time permits that is! I enjoy connecting with people, am always open to learning, give my best advice whenever I am asked for it, and bring energy, enthusiasm and positivity to anything I undertake - even DIY!
