ABOUT RAVI NEHRA
I am an operations and hospitality leader with a foundation in law and business management, recently selected for Chick-fil-A’s Leadership Development Program (LDP).My journey began in India, where I earned a B.A.LL.B. and LL.M. while also serving in the NCC and athletics, learning discipline and resilience. During the COVID lockdown, I managed my family’s farms, overseeing operations and logistics. After moving to Canada, I pursued paralegal and business management diplomas, and transitioned into hospitality.Since 2023, I’ve been part of Chick-fil-A North Barrie, progressing to Supervisor. In this role, I led front-of-house operations, team training, CEM tracking, WHED strategy, and guest recovery through the HEARD model. I also served as Health & Safety chair, ensuring compliance and training for a safe workplace.Now, as an LDP participant, I am preparing to scale my leadership to multi-unit operations with a focus on hospitality, team development, and community service.
