Ravi S. Modasra is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker at BlueBird Commercial Real Estate, LLC and has been an active licensed real estate professional since 2012. Mr. Modasra is also Vice President and principal owner of The Mohawk Companies, a full-service real estate development and management company based in Schenectady, New York.Mr. Modasra graduated from Siena College with a B.S. in Accounting degree. He is a board member of New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) Greater Capital Area Chapter, a board member of Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers, Inc.(CIREB) and a board member of Rotary Club of Scotia District 7190.Born and raised in New York State’s Capital Region, Mr. Modasra continues to reside just outside of Albany, New York in the Village of Scotia with his wife and two kids.
