I am a seasoned operations leader with 20 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, franchise, and logistics domains. I currently work as the Head of Operations at Egreen Farms Private Limited, an innovative agri-tech company that offers fresh, organic, and traceable produce to customers through its online platform and offline stores. At Egreen Farms, I oversee the end-to-end operations of the business, from sourcing and procurement to warehousing and distribution. I also lead the digital transformation and process improvement initiatives that enhance the efficiency, quality, and sustainability of the supply chain. Some of my key achievements include launching multiple online and offline stores, securing large contracts with B2B clients, and implementing lean and agile practices across the organization. I have a proven track record of setting up, turning around, and scaling up businesses in different formats and markets. I have worked with leading multinational conglomerates such as Walmart, Flipkart, Reliance Retail, and Vishal Retail, where I held various roles in operations, merchandising, sales, project management, and business development. I have also successfully managed critical digital transformation projects such as GK POS and SAP process design and implementation. I am passionate about delivering value and excellence to customers, stakeholders, and teams.
