Candidate Assessment: Evaluating candidates\' relevant experience, skills, competencies, communication abilities, and the accuracy of their CV. Negotiating expected salaries and notice periods. Interview Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating interviews, preparing candidates by providing detailed job descriptions and client expectations. Weekend Drives: Planning and executing scheduled drives on weekends for clients to meet hiring needs. Onboarding & Documentation: Managing joining formalities and documentation post-selection to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Follow-Up: Keeping in touch with shortlisted and selected candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.
