With over 14 years of experience in the FMCG sector, I am a Factory Operation Manager at Yogabar, India\'s most loved nutrition-led food company. I am responsible for overseeing the production operations, quality management, logistics, warehousing, and regulatory compliances of the factory, which produces a wide range of protein bars, energy bars, oats, muesli and peanut butter for the domestic and export markets.As a Factory Manager, I leverage my skills and expertise in project management, cost optimization, process improvement, and food safety to deliver strong customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth. I have successfully managed team dynamics, project timelines, and process improvement initiatives, using tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, 5S, TPM, Quality Circle, and Kaizen. I have also ensured the adherence to the highest standards of food safety and quality, as evidenced by the ISO and 9001 certifications, which I obtained as a certified lead auditor. I am proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Minitab, and have trained and developed the staff on various technical and soft skills.
