Engage with Brand Production Team to Build BOMS, capture Yield, and deliver accurate cost per plate.2. Engage with Brand Operations Team to Identify stock movement trends that impact margins such as Transfers, Waste, sampling, discounts, Comps, voids and inventory loss and ensure to outline key actions for improvements to Margins.
