Liaison with senior management to lead teams implementing Agile methodologies, driving organizational change whilst providing coaching in Agile methodologies. Perform a key role in the overall delivery as it will be pivotal in increasing collaboration, innovation, adaptability and flexibility in the face of unpredictable circumstances.Key responsibilities-Responsible for educating and coaching multi-disciplinary teams on Agile values and principles, providing them with framework and tools for implementing the process-Responsible for developing and delivering training sessions that leads toward the organization-wide adoption of Agile methodologies-Acting as a mentor and coach, responsible for guiding teams into the Agile methodology, providing Product Owners, Scrum Masters and the team members with feedback and means of improvement-Responsible for providing hands-on support to all teams on Agile tools, methods and ceremonies, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles, leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile as well as overall company growth and improvement-Embodying the Agile principles and lead by example, responsible for leading Agile Community of Practice initiatives, facilitation of PI planning events and overall championing the Agile culture with the organization
