Hello. You know my name and I am currently working with Ujhala Foundation. मुझे सोचना, खाना और दूसरों को सराहना पसंद है | मैं कभी कभी अपने विचारों को लिखता हूँ | मैं बहुत ही कम अपने विचारों को लिखता और दूसरों से साझा करता हूँ |मैं एक ऐसी दुनिया में जीने में विश्वास करता हूं जहां हमारी सामान्य मानवता (common हमारी पहचानें (identities), आपकी सफलता को मेरी सफलता के रूप में देखा जाता है और मेरी सफलता को आपकी सफलता के रूप में देखा जाता है। अभ्यास के माध्यम से मैं उस दुनिया को बनाने की कोशिश कर रहा हूं।I am a LURE facilitator (pun not intended) who facilitate process of Learning, Unlearning, and RElearning. What is Learning, Unlearning, and Relearning? I will explain through a real experience. Mr. Suresh* is a government teacher in one of government schools in Kotra block of Udaipur, Rajasthan. He don\'t sit idle in school and teaches students everyday. Upon not learning, he used to give corporal punishment to students. Once he was asked why he does that and his reply was my teachers did that with me because of which I studied and now I am a government teacher. What\'s wrong in me doing the same with them for their good. After repeated interactions with him, I understood that \'the thought & action\' is formed from experiences which later become a learning.\'The thought & action\' should not be seen from behavior/tradition/culture perspective but from learning perspective which needs to be unlearned. I did the process of LURE (for nearly 1 year) with him due to which he became self aware of what he was doing, what effect/consequences it will have on others, and how that effect/consequences will be there even after he is gone. I will not say that he completely changed \'the thought & action\' but he has become self aware about the same & do the needful as he deems.
