Having 20 Years of experience in delivering complex and challenging projects of various types and sizes through all stages. Including High Rise Residential buildings, Commercial buildings & Industrial buildings (such as Pharma Manufacturing, FMCGs, Warehouses Etc.). Expertise in ramping up projects with competent cross-functional skills with an emphasis on multi discipline coordination in project management. Having strong technical foundation, design judgement, and systematic approach define my work and allow me to move fluidly between design, planning and delivery. My current roles include project delivery and wide skill set includes team management, cost analysis, value management and deliverable planning. My work reinforces the ideal that strong communities are our societies cornerstone. I have been instrumental in the design of Cadbury’s chocolate manufacturing facility, Michelin’s Tyre industrial facility and pharma major Glaxo Smith Kline’s manufacturing facility in India. My work reinforces the ideal that all projects are enhanced through a collaborative process, an ideal freely shared with architects locally, regionally and nationally. I have extensive knowledge on codes, design criteria, standards, procedures for industrial design developments. I have worked within the Middle East and Asia allowing me to gain diverse cross sector experience and has extensive knowledge on procurement, design manuals, health and safety best practices in design and fire and life safety design standards.

   Responsibilities : Attending the client meeting and to understanding the requirements of the client and guiding the team of architects to design & develop the details required for the project. Development of schemes to detail design, Coordination with client and all internal departments and monitoring. Defines discipline organization and participation on a project including scope of work, design criteria, schedules, standards, and procedures. Prepares staffing estimates and execution plans and monitors progress assessment. Involved in Preparation of Design Basis Reports,Tender Packages/Drawings & BOQ. Involved in preliminary bidding process supporting Business Development by understanding & framing the Bid requirements. As an Architectural package owner prepared the tender packages of the project and issuing them to the vendors & Technical evaluation of the quotations received from the contractors and coordinating with the commercial department to issue the work-order to the appropriate contractor. Initiates and reviews change order requests for additions, deletions, or changes to the original scope of work. Managed the design team, Co-ordinated with the construction managers and supporting construction team at site during construction.
