ABOUT RAVI KHETANI
I am a full stack developer with over 10 years of software development experience, in both consulting and product development. My most recent experience having worked at the Tony Blair Insitute supporting their work within governments. At IBM I was in a team tasked with increasing IBM Cloud usage, I have both led and been part of many successful Cloud Native projects using a wide range of technologies. Practising Extreme Programming (XP) agile methodology, I have led projects using TDD(Test Driven Development), pair programming, lean startup and design-thinking principles. I have engaged directly with customers in mainly project delivery, but am also involved in pre sales work. My role included mentoring junior developers/colleagues, helping them up-skill and become valuable members of the delivery team. I have skills and experience across a range of technologies, frontend, backend, CI/CD and Cloud which have been used to deliver projects for both private and public sector clients across a range of industries. My role included daily engagement with clients on most projects, and generally as a development lead, I was tasked with not only delivering code, but maintaining the relationship with the client.
