Morgan, managing a 1,500+ member organization across India and the Philippines. Our teams support lending portfolios across APAC, EMEA, and North America, covering institutional, real estate, and business banking clients. My focus is straightforward: run a stable, disciplined operation, modernize workflows where it genuinely helps, and build leadership depth so teams can take ownership with confidence.
