   I am a Tax Partner with Deloitte’s Tax Management Consulting (TMC) group that specializes in tax alignment of ERP Systems, tax organizational structure, process, and technology solutions for large tax departments. I lead the TMC group for East Region. With over 24 years of experience in this area, I have served clients in a variety of industries including Retail, Consumer and Industrial Products, Manufacturing, and Aerospace and Defense. I have considerable tax co-sourcing and consulting experience working on publicly and privately held corporations and partnership issues. I also have significant experience in Finance and Tax Transformations via Tax/ERP system implementations, business process improvements, and tax process redesign for large multinational organizations. I have worked on projects utilizing business performance management tools to streamline tax data for tax accounting and tax compliance operations. My blend of tax and technology skills has helped him leverage his accounting, tax, and process experience to lead many projects that optimized tax processes through a combination of software implementation and process re-engineering. I have been assisting clients building tax technology roadmap utilizing latest technologies such as Robotics Process Automation, Cognitive Solutions, and Data Analytics. I have also served as the Managing Director for Deloitte Tax Services India Private Ltd. where I was responsible for setting up the tax center for the Deloitte US Firm in Hyderabad, India. I hold an M.B.A. from Drexel University and am a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. I completed my Bachelors of Commerce from Delhi University. I am a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. I also hold SAP Partner Certification in FI/CO modules of SAP.
