Labour reports, Menu Mix, business reports outlet wise and analysis present before the Leadership team for future actions- Works on Tableau Dashboards preparation like sales dashboards, Profit dashboards, Market wise, businesses segment wise dashboards- Mentored, guided, and trained the newly joined team members to equip them with appropriate business finance procedures- To analyses the variance of actual in lieu of budget & re-forecast and advise management on cost reduction plan- Analyzing the gaps and reporting the same to the management with risk aversion measures- Payback, Capex, Incentives, EBITDA analysis of new & old outlets with bifurcation of core/ noncore/new segments and projection of future cashflows.
