Responsible for coordinate with SCM team for delivery of material on time. Storage of Raw material and Packing material as per storage conditions & procedure. Coordinating, monitoring and reporting on daily operations. Recruiting, training and supervising employees. Managing employee schedules, conducting performance reviews and enforcing disciplinary actions. Monitoring and maintaining suitable store inventory levels. Ensuring that store policies and procedures are followed. Ensuring the store environment complies with health and safety regulations. Ensure to proper stacking and accounting of received RM/PM. Ensure proper documentation for incoming RM/PM and reporting. Ensure issuance of the required RM/PM as per FEFO. Coordination with the Manufacturing Shift / Packaging in-charge for any returns. Ensure proper documentation and accounting for the returned materials. Ensure Weekly and Monthly stock reconciliation. Manpower handling.
