1) Complete HVM metrology project life cycle for thin-film solar cell on glass: Project initiation to closure for SPC in HVM environment, MSA to qualify tool as per AIAG ANOVA guidelines for linearity, Bias, GRR, and P/T.2) Lead metrology projects for front and back contact material concentration (PPM/PPB) determination for solar panels using LA-LIBS-ICPMS/ WDXRF with RSD and GRR<5%. 3) Successfully conceptualized and installed first-of-a-kind customized LASER-Ablation -LASER Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy-Inductive Coupled Plasma Mass Spectroscopy (LA-LIBS-ICPMS) for dopant concentration determination and Voc control on a full large glass panel for HVM application.4) Develop metrology for glass stress and compressive layer thickness measurement using optical method for reliability.5) Develop in-house and inexpensive inline contactless sheet resistance measurement based on Eddy current for conductive glass thin film for quality and electrical performance for ultra size glass panel.6) Lead inline contactless hybrid solution for handheld XRF and ellipsometry for conductive thin film on glass for electron collection application on ultra size glass panel.7) Develop project schedule and scorecard for vendor selection, pre -delivery demonstration, in house equipment delivery and handover delivery to manufacturing unit.8) Develop business case for metrology technique selection for present and future establishment of solar panels based on metric of cost of ownership, technical capability, service availability, general application, environment and safety considerations.9) Develop lean methodology for efficient metrology for WDXRF/ ICPMS/ ICPOES thereby reducing scrapping of solar panels generated during back contact metrology.10) Understand sources of variation from process integration and measurement tool, and drive relevant activities for minimizing variation.
